Recording your in-game session during an item’s delivery is very important to avoid scammers. Whenever you need the assistance of VantaGame support to investigate an issue with a delivery, we will request visual evidence to substantiate your claim.

There are several ways to record your screen depending on the platform you are using to play and below, you will find instructions on how to record your screen for each of the most popular gaming platforms you may buy or sell on VantaGame.

Keep in mind that videos sent to the support as evidence must be uncropped.

How to Record Video in-game
Xbox Series: Use the Guide and View buttons for capture options. Select “Record from now” to start and stop recording with the Xbox button followed by X.
PlayStation 5: Start recording by double-tapping the “Share” button.
PC (Windows): On Windows 10, you can use the built-in tool by using the hotkey Win + Alt + R. Find out more here. You can also use a video capture tool such as Fraps.
PC (Mac): You can use QuickTime Player to record your screen by clicking File > New Screen Recording > Record.

Never share your contact information publicly before an item is sold.
Never proceed with a transaction if a buyer insists on sharing their contact information before purchasing your item.

To effectively manage your VantaGame subscription, first, ensure you’re logged into your VantaGame account. Then, navigate to the Subscriptions section by selecting Wallet > Subscriptions. This dedicated page provides a comprehensive overview of your active subscription plan, offering insights into:

The percentage of fees applicable;
The expiration date, marking the end of your current billing cycle;
The total US$ amount of sales utilized within the current billing cycle;
An option to either enable or disable the auto-renewal feature for your subscription plan.
This setup ensures you have all the necessary information and control over your subscription, allowing you to make informed decisions based on your needs and preferences.

VantaGame CLUB is our tailored subscription program for sellers, offering an array of benefits designed to enhance the selling experience. These benefits include lower selling fees, expedited support responses, and other exclusive advantages.

Subscription Billing Cycle
Each subscription plan runs on a 30-day cycle, beginning from the date of your first payment and expiring 30 days later. The subsequent cycle kicks off immediately after the previous one ends.

Managing Your Subscription
To manage your subscription:

Log into your VantaGame account.
Navigate to Wallet > Subscriptions.
To disable auto-renewal, click the “DISABLE RENEWAL” button. This action ensures your subscription won’t automatically renew at the end of the current cycle.
If you wish to renew, simply select “ENABLE RENEWAL”. Renewing before your current cycle expires incurs no additional charges, and your benefits and sales status remain unchanged.

Gameflip Guidelines

We are a welcoming and all-ages community*. If you choose to interact with the VantaGame community (listing, buying, selling, messaging, etc.), you must adhere to our Code of Conduct.

Listing images must be appropriate for all ages and must only pertain to the item listed. No images of nudity or gratuitous violence will be accepted. Mature video games with a cover that might violate this rule should be censored before being posted with the item listing. If violated, the listing will be removed and your account will be issued a warning.
Listing descriptions and reviews with any form of profanity or inappropriate and hurtful language will not be tolerated. If violated, the listing or review will be removed and your account will be issued a warning.
Item listings must be true to the item’s condition. If an item’s condition is not as described, you will not only receive a bad review, but the VantaGame team may intervene with the appropriate action.
Items must be shipped promptly after being sold. Any false listings and attempts to commit fraud through the VantaGame app will result in an instant ban.
Interaction with other VantaGame community members (through private messaging, comments, reviews, and other communication channels) must be done with respect and in an appropriate manner. If another community member violates this, please report them using the profile menu in the app or the Report button on the browser. The VantaGame community managers will review each case in detail and take the appropriate action.

At VantaGame, we actively monitor and protect our members from scams. Nevertheless, it’s an ongoing effort, and we want to enlist you to spot, avoid, and report scammers. Below is a shortlist of common scams targeting our community:

Impersonating VantaGame
This scam targets new digital sellers on VantaGame. The scam works as followed:

The buying scammer uses the VantaGame logo as his profile avatar and profile name such as “Purchase Confirmation”.
Sometimes, the scammer also sends an email directly to the seller (if the seller discloses his email address publicly).
Unsuspecting seller follows the scammer’s instruction to send the item without verifying on VantaGame that the item was actually sold on VantaGame. VantaGame has no record of the transaction and cannot protect the unsuspecting seller.
To avoid this type of scam:

Do not follow any instructions from Comments on your listing. “Comments are written by the marketplace users. VantaGame will never write comments on listings.”
Verify that your listing actually sold by logging into VantaGame and go to Menu > Listings > Sold tab on the website or Menu > Listings > Sold tab on iOS or Android app and follow the instructions shown from these screens, not comments from any users.

TRANSACTIONS

VantaGame takes the stress out of buying and selling by managing the entire end-to-end transaction for both the Buyer and the Seller.

We will notify both the Buyer and Seller at every step of the process: from listing to shipment, from purchase to delivery, and rating the transaction.
When a Buyer purchases an item in our marketplace, we’ll hold the payment until the Buyer confirms that they have received, checked, and accepted the item.
We require the Buyer to click on “Complete Transaction” and the Seller to rate the Buyer to finalize the transaction. Once this happens, all sales are final and the Seller receives the funds in their VantaGame account.
